What this workflow does

How it runs
Trigger: On a schedule (legacy Cron node).
- Set Config (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- Fetch Positions (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Loop Positions (Function): runs custom JavaScript (legacy Function node)
- Aggregate & Compose Email (Function): runs custom JavaScript (legacy Function node)
- If: checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Preview Output (Function): runs custom JavaScript (legacy Function node)
- Send Email: sends an email over SMTP
Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0
2 things in this workflow are removed in n8n 3.0. Fix them before you upgrade:
- Cron in Trigger Weekly: replace with Schedule Trigger.
- Function (legacy) in Loop Positions, Aggregate & Compose Email, Preview Output: replace with Code node, mode 'Run Once for All Items'.
