Needs changes. This template uses 2 thing(s) that n8n 3.0 removes: Convert to/from binary data, Function (legacy). 2 breaking item(s) found. Static check, last run 2026-10-19.

What this workflow does

This workflow has 13 nodes and runs when an HTTP GET request hits its webhook URL (plus 2 other triggers). It uses only n8n's built-in nodes. It also calls api.baserow.io over HTTP.

How it runs

Trigger: When an HTTP GET request hits its webhook URL (plus 2 other triggers).

  1. Create HTML Form (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
  2. Extract Submitted Values (Function): runs custom JavaScript (legacy Function node)
  3. Extract GUID (Function): runs custom JavaScript (legacy Function node)
  4. Create Form File (Convert to/from binary data): uses Convert to/from binary data
  5. Add New Subscriber (HTTP Request): calls api.baserow.io
  6. Get Subscribers (HTTP Request): calls api.baserow.io
  7. Send Email: sends an email over SMTP
  8. Update Subscriber (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
  9. Create Response Page (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
  10. Create Confirmation Page (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields

HTTP calls to: api.baserow.io
