What this workflow does
This workflow has 11 nodes and runs on Google Sheets events (row added). Along the way it connects Google Sheets. It also calls api.vapi.ai over HTTP.
How it runs
Trigger: On Google Sheets events (row added).
- Cleanse phone numbers (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Filter: keeps only the items that match a condition
- Get lead's timezone (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Is it between 8am-5pm for them? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Make phone call (HTTP Request): calls api.vapi.ai (POST)
- Wait: waits 2 hours
- Wait: waits 1 minutes
- Get Call Status (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Call has finished (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Update Google Sheets with call information (Google Sheets): update
