- Prepare Notes Data (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 2 fields: raw_notes, user_name
- Extract Insights using AI (AI Agent): runs an AI agent, with model: Groq Chat Model
- Format Extracted Data (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Mark Record as Processed (Google Sheets): update
- Store Extracted Insights (Google Sheets): append
- Summary Email (Gmail): uses Gmail
