What this workflow does

This workflow has 14 nodes and runs on a schedule (every 6 hours). It uses only n8n's built-in nodes.

How it runs

Trigger: On a schedule (every 6 hours).

1. Post to SAP B1 Login (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (POST)
2. Get Low Stock Items (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
3. Extract Items with Low Stock (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
4. Check for Low Stock Items (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
5. Lookup Previous Alerts (Data table): get
6. Post to SAP B1 Logout (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (POST)
7. Determine New Alert Need (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
8. Check Alert Necessity (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
9. Prepare Alert Message (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 5 fields: whatsappText, emailSubject, emailHtml…
10. Post WhatsApp Alert (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (POST)
