What this workflow does
This workflow has 9 nodes and runs when someone submits an n8n form (“Contact us”). Along the way it connects Gmail, Google Sheets and Slack. It also calls api.anthropic.com over HTTP.
How it runs
Trigger: When someone submits an n8n form (“Contact us”).
- Normalize Lead Fields (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 6 fields: lead_name, lead_email, lead_company…
- Claude Classify and Draft Reply (HTTP Request): calls api.anthropic.com (POST)
- Parse Claude Response (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Alert - Claude Step Failed (Slack): uses Slack
- Email Draft to Reviewer (Gmail): send and wait for a reply (message)
- Check Approval (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Log Lead to Google Sheets (Google Sheets): append
