What this workflow does
This workflow has 11 nodes and runs manually, when you click “Execute workflow”. Along the way it connects Google Sheets. It also calls api.bulkcertify.app over HTTP.
How it runs
Trigger: Manually, when you click “Execute workflow”.
- Read Rows from Sheet (Google Sheets): uses Google Sheets
- Post to Batch API (HTTP Request): calls api.bulkcertify.app (POST)
- Wait: waits 15 seconds
- Fetch Batch Status (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- If: checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Retrieve Batch Results (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Split Recipients (Item Lists): reshapes item lists (legacy Item Lists node)
- Download ZIP File (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Filter: keeps only the items that match a condition
- Fetch Certificate PNG (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
