How it runs

Trigger: On a schedule (cron 0 9 * * *).

1. Fetch Firm Users from Clio API (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (GET)
2. Fetch Open Matters from Clio API (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (GET)
3. Split Out: splits a list into separate items
4. Filter: keeps only the items that match a condition
5. Calculate Days Since Open Date (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
6. Filter: keeps only the items that match a condition
7. Check If Stages Are Due Today (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
8. If: checks a condition and branches into true / false
9. Build Onboarding Stage Email Content (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
