What this workflow does

How it runs
Trigger: When someone submits an n8n form (“Get in touch”).
- Config (edit me) (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 4 fields: business_name, from_number, rep_number…
- Has a Phone Number? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Text the Lead Back (Twilio): send (sms)
- Email the Lead Back (Gmail): uses Gmail
- Alert the Rep by SMS (Twilio): send (sms)
- Log the Lead (Google Sheets): append
