How it runs
Trigger: On a schedule (every day at 16:00).
- Set config (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 4 fields: waha_api_url, waha_api_key, waha_session…
- Get tasks due today (Google Sheets): uses Google Sheets
- Keep unfinished tasks (Filter): keeps only the items that match a condition
- Group tasks per assignee (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Loop over assignees (Loop Over Items (Split in Batches)): loops over the items in batches
- Loop over those tasks (Loop Over Items (Split in Batches)): loops over the items in batches
- Send the reminder (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (POST)
- Increase follow-up count (Google Sheets): update
- List the task IDs (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Pause between updates (Wait): waits 2 seconds
