Needs changes. This template uses 2 thing(s) that n8n 3.0 removes: HTML Extract, Item Lists (legacy). 2 breaking item(s) found. Static check, last run 2026-10-19.

What this workflow does

This workflow has 12 nodes and runs on a schedule (every month at 20:00). Along the way it connects Gmail.

How it runs

Trigger: On a schedule (every month at 20:00).

  1. Setup location and email (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
  2. Get events page (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
  3. Get all events from the page (HTML Extract): uses HTML Extract
  4. Split events (Item Lists): reshapes item lists (legacy Item Lists node)
  5. Last page? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
  6. Collect all results (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
  7. Wait: waits 3 seconds
  8. Get each event data (HTML Extract): uses HTML Extract
  9. Limit to one (Item Lists): reshapes item lists (legacy Item Lists node)
  10. 💄 Lick the stamp (Code): runs custom JavaScript code

…plus 1 more step. See the full node list below.

Services it uses

Gmail

Scraping pages by hand? Firecrawl is a simpler option (10% off for new users).

Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0

2 things in this workflow are removed in n8n 3.0. Fix them before you upgrade:

  • HTML Extract in Get all events from the page, Get each event data: replace with HTML node, 'Extract HTML Content' operation.
  • Item Lists (legacy) in Limit to one, Split events: replace with Split Out, Aggregate, Sort, Limit, Remove Duplicates or Summarize (match the operation used).

Rather not rewrite it? Many of these flows can be rebuilt in Make (free plan).
