Sync verified Shopify orders to an ERP via Jitterflow with Slack alerts
UnknownWhat this workflow does
This workflow has 12 nodes and runs when an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL (plus 1 other trigger). Along the way it connects Slack and Jitterflow (community).
How it runs
Trigger: When an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL (plus 1 other trigger).
- Compute signature (Crypto): hashes or encrypts values
- List undelivered jobs (Jitterflow): list (dlq)
- Signature matches? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Keep Shopify orders (Filter): keeps only the items that match a condition
- Map order to ERP format (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 10 fields: source, externalOrderId, orderNumber…
- Reject unsigned request (Respond to Webhook): sends the response back to the webhook caller
- Collect into one list (Aggregate): combines items into one
- Queue order for the ERP (Jitterflow): send (webhook)
- Alert the ops channel (Slack): uses Slack
- Acknowledge Shopify (Respond to Webhook): sends the response back to the webhook caller
Services it uses
Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0
We can't fully verify this one: it relies on 1 community package, and n8n 3.0 turns unverified community packages off by default (N8N_UNVERIFIED_PACKAGES_ENABLED=false).
- Check that n8n-nodes-jitterflow is verified or supports 3.0 (used in Queue order for the ERP, List undelivered jobs).

From the author
Quick overview This workflow verifies Shopify orders/create webhooks, transforms each order into an ERP import payload, and queues it in Jitterflow for rate-limited delivery with retries and idempotency, then posts a daily Slack summary of orders that ended…
