What this workflow does

How it runs
Trigger: Manually, when you click “Execute workflow”.
- Search in "Keep" folder (Google Drive): work with file folder
- Loop every 10 items (Loop Over Items (Split in Batches)): loops over the items in batches
- If extension is json (Filter): keeps only the items that match a condition
- Download the files (Google Drive): download
- Extract from File: extracts data from a file (from json)
- Filter (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- If: checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Put some AI treatment here if you need it (AI Agent): runs an AI agent, with model: OpenAI Chat Model
- Set the fields for export (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 5 fields: textContent, Edited, Created…
- Add to google sheet (Google Sheets): append or update
