Assign Requests Using AI and Send Reminders Based On NocoDB Kanban Board Status
Needs changesWhat this workflow does
This AI workflow has 22 nodes and runs when someone submits an n8n form (“Incident Form”) (plus 2 other triggers). Along the way it connects OpenAI Chat Model, NocoDB and Slack.
How it runs
Trigger: When someone submits an n8n form (“Incident Form”) (plus 2 other triggers).
- Get incident definitions (NocoDB): get many
- Aggregate: combines items into one
- Get Unpicked Tasks (NocoDB): get many
- Get Unfinished Tasks (NocoDB): get many
- Assign Category (AI Agent): runs an AI agent, with model: OpenAI Chat Model; output parser: Structure Output Todoist Ready
- Task is not picked up after expected response (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Task is not complete in expected time (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Format for Noco (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 7 fields: email, message, expected category…
- Send Email: sends an email over SMTP
- If: checks a condition and branches into true / false
…plus 6 more steps. See the full node list below.
Services it uses
Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0
1 thing in this workflow is removed in n8n 3.0. Fix it before you upgrade:
- AI Agent v1 (old agent modes) in Assign Category (v1.8): replace with Latest AI Agent node (Tools Agent). For SQL Agent, use a Postgres or MySQL tool with a recent AI Agent.
Rather not rewrite it? Many of these flows can be rebuilt in Make (free plan).
