Homey Pro - smarthouse integration with LLM
Needs changesWhat this workflow does
This AI workflow has 98 nodes and runs when another workflow calls it. Along the way it connects OpenAI Chat Model and xAI Grok Chat Model.
How it runs
Trigger: When another workflow calls it.
- Smarthus Agent (AI Agent): runs an AI agent, with model: OpenAI Chat Model; 92 tools (hjemmekontor, sla_av_disco, sla_pa_disco, pause spotify…)
- output (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 1 field: output
- kjeller_belysning_80_prosent (Call n8n Workflow Tool): uses Call n8n Workflow Tool
- xAI Grok Chat Model: uses xAI Grok Chat Model
Services it uses
Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0
1 thing in this workflow is removed in n8n 3.0. Fix it before you upgrade:
- AI Agent v1 (old agent modes) in Smarthus Agent (v1.7): replace with Latest AI Agent node (Tools Agent). For SQL Agent, use a Postgres or MySQL tool with a recent AI Agent.
Rather not rewrite it? Many of these flows can be rebuilt in Make (free plan).

From the author
This n8n workflow sets up a smart home assistant using OpenAI and Homey integration. It uses LangChain agent tools to allow natural language queries (in Norwegian) to trigger workflows for controlling lights, curtains, temperature, TVs, and other devices…
