What this workflow does
This workflow has 10 nodes and runs when an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL. Along the way it connects Eleven Labs and Google Sheets.
How it runs
Trigger: When an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL.
- Check Speech Input (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- OpenAI: uses OpenAI
- Initial Greeting (Respond to Webhook): sends the response back to the webhook caller
- Eleven Labs: uses Eleven Labs
- Log Conversation (Google Sheets): append
- Upload Audio to Storage (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Check for Appointment (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Twilio TwiML Response (Respond to Webhook): sends the response back to the webhook caller
- Save Appointment Request (Google Sheets): append
