How it runs
Trigger: On a schedule (every day at 08:00).
- Set Google Sheet Config (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 3 fields: Sheet_ID, Sheet_Name, Today_Date
- Read Google Sheet Data (Google Sheets): uses Google Sheets
- Filter: keeps only the items that match a condition
- Check If Reports Found (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Set Notification Recipients (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 3 fields: Notification_Users, WhatsApp_Numbers, Admin_Email
- Create Notification Content (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 3 fields: Report_Summary, Email_Subject, WhatsApp_Message
- Send WhatsApp Notification (WhatsApp Business Cloud): send
- Send Email: sends an email over SMTP
- Log Successful Notifications (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 3 fields: Success_Log, Log_Status, Projects_Reported
