What this workflow does
This workflow has 6 nodes and runs on a schedule (cron */10 6-21 * * 1-5). Along the way it connects Google Sheets. It also calls sec.gov over HTTP.
How it runs
Trigger: On a schedule (cron */10 6-21 * * 1-5).
- Fetch SEC Form D Filings (HTTP Request): calls sec.gov
- Parse SEC RSS Feed (XML): converts between XML and JSON
- Extract & Format Filing Data (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Filter New Filings Only (Remove Duplicates): removes duplicate items
- Save to SEC Data Sheet (Google Sheets): append
