This AI workflow has 15 nodes and runs manually, when you click “Execute workflow”. Along the way it connects OpenAI Chat Model and Google Sheets. It also calls places.googleapis.com and api.scrape.do over HTTP.
How it runs
Trigger: Manually, when you click “Execute workflow”.
- 1. Set Search Parameters (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- 2. Find Businesses (Google Places) (HTTP Request): calls places.googleapis.com (POST)
- 3. Parse & Score Leads (Function): runs custom JavaScript (legacy Function node)
- 4. Filter High-Quality Leads (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- 5. Loop Through Each Lead (Loop Over Items (Split in Batches)): loops over the items in batches
- Generate Report (Function): runs custom JavaScript (legacy Function node)
- Error Logging (Function): runs custom JavaScript (legacy Function node)
- 6a. Scrape Website with Scrape.do (HTTP Request): calls api.scrape.do
- 6b. Check if Scrape Was Successful (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- 6c. Extract Footer from HTML (HTML): parses or builds HTML

Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0
