How it runs

  1. Set table and field ids (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 7 fields: API Host, Token, Database ID…
  2. Feedback processing agent (AI Agent): runs an AI agent, with model: OpenAI Chat Model; 3 tools (tasks_feedback, current_procedures, current_procedure_steps); output parser: Required output schema
  3. Create improvement suggestions (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (POST)
  4. Get non-processed feedback (Baserow): uses Baserow
