What this workflow does

How it runs
Trigger: On a schedule (legacy Cron node).
- Accountability Settings (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- Strava: get many
- Check Activity Level (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Send Email: sends an email over SMTP
