What this workflow does
This workflow has 7 nodes and runs when someone submits an n8n form (“YouTube Video giveaway ”). Along the way it connects Google Sheets. It also calls youtube-comments-scraper.p.rapidapi.com over HTTP.
How it runs
Trigger: When someone submits an n8n form (“YouTube Video giveaway ”).
- Fetch YouTube Comments (HTTP Request): calls youtube-comments-scraper.p.rapidapi.com (POST)
- Check API Response Status (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Select Random Commenter (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Notify: Invalid API Response (Send Email): sends an email over SMTP
- Log Winner to Google Sheet (Google Sheets): append
- Notify Winner Email (Send Email): sends an email over SMTP
