What this workflow does

This workflow has 8 nodes and runs when someone submits an n8n form (“Let's Start Your Project”). Along the way it connects Google Sheets.

How it runs

Trigger: When someone submits an n8n form (“Let's Start Your Project”).

1. Check Google Sheet for Existing Subscriber (Google Sheets): uses Google Sheets
2. Check If Subscriber Already Exists (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
3. Get Subscriber From MailPoet (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
4. Completion Message to User (n8n Form): shows the next form page
5. Check If Subscriber Exists In MailPoet (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
6. Add Subscriber to MailPoet (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
7. Log Subscriber to Google Sheet (Google Sheets): append
