What this workflow does

This workflow has 10 nodes and runs when an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL. Along the way it connects Hunter, Gmail, Postgres and Pdf Generator Api (community).

How it runs

Trigger: When an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL.

  1. Verify Client Email (Hunter): email verifier
  2. Email Is Valid? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
  3. Load HTML Template (Postgres): select
  4. Respond – Invalid Email (Respond to Webhook): sends the response back to the webhook caller
  5. Populate HTML Template (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
  6. Convert HTML to PDF (Pdf Generator Api): work with conversion
  7. Upload PDF to Supabase Storage (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (POST)
  8. Send PDF to Client Email (Gmail): uses Gmail
  9. Record Document Transaction (Postgres): run a query

Services it uses

HunterGmailPostgresPdf Generator Api (community)

Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0

  • Check that @pdfgeneratorapi/n8n-nodes-pdf-generator-api is verified or supports 3.0 (used in Convert HTML to PDF).
