What this workflow does

This workflow has 11 nodes and runs on a schedule (cron 0 9 * * 1-5). It uses only n8n's built-in nodes. It also calls kimai over HTTP.

How it runs

Trigger: On a schedule (cron 0 9 * * 1-5).

1. GET Projects (HTTP Request): calls kimai
2. Get only Bilable (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
3. GET Projects Details (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
4. GET Timesheet Records (HTTP Request): calls kimai
5. Combine Data (Merge): merges the data from its input branches
6. Calculate Budget Uses (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
7. Calculate expiration (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
8. Need Email? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
9. Build Email HTML - Report (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
10. Send an Email (Send Email): sends an email over SMTP
