What this workflow does

This workflow has 10 nodes and runs when an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL. It uses only n8n's built-in nodes. It also calls app.aloware.com over HTTP.

How it runs

Trigger: When an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL.

1. Normalize Appointment Data (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 10 fields: patientPhone, patientFirstName, patientLastName…
2. Aloware: Create or Update Patient Contact (HTTP Request): calls app.aloware.com (POST)
3. Aloware: Send Booking Confirmation SMS (HTTP Request): calls app.aloware.com (POST)
4. Aloware: Enroll in Reminder Sequence (HTTP Request): calls app.aloware.com (POST)
5. Wait: pauses until specific time
6. Aloware: Check If Appointment Completed (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
7. Was It a No-Show? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
8. Aloware: Enroll in No-Show Re-booking Sequence (HTTP Request): calls app.aloware.com (POST)
