Issue cohort completion certificates with pdfmill, Gmail and Google Drive
UnknownWhat this workflow does
This workflow has 9 nodes and runs when an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL. Along the way it connects Gmail, Google Drive and Pdfmill (community).
How it runs
Trigger: When an HTTP POST request hits its webhook URL.
- Validate and build the cohort certificates (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Is the entire roster valid? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Generate each certificate PDF (Pdfmill): template
- Return one 400 roster error (Respond to Webhook): sends the response back to the webhook caller
- Email each certificate to its attendee (Gmail): uses Gmail
- Archive each certificate in Google Drive (Google Drive): upload (file)
- Wait for email and archive (Merge): merges the data from its input branches
- Return the issued count (Respond to Webhook): sends the response back to the webhook caller
Services it uses
Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0
We can't fully verify this one: it relies on 1 community package, and n8n 3.0 turns unverified community packages off by default (N8N_UNVERIFIED_PACKAGES_ENABLED=false).
- Check that n8n-nodes-pdfmill is verified or supports 3.0 (used in Generate each certificate PDF).
