How it runs
Trigger: Manually, when you click “Execute workflow”.
- Basic Variables (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 2 fields: zammad_base_url, excel_source_url
- Download Excel (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Extract from File: extracts data from a file (xlsx)
- Zammad Univeral User Object (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- Merge: merges the data from its input branches
- Find Zammad User by email (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Update User Roles (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (PUT)
Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0
Nothing in this workflow is removed in n8n 3.0, so it should import and run after the upgrade.
