What this workflow does
This AI workflow has 30 nodes and runs when someone submits an n8n form. Along the way it connects OpenAI Chat Model, Jina AI, Airtable and Slack.
How it runs
Trigger: When someone submits an n8n form.
- Form (n8n Form): shows the next form page
- Places_API_Key (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- Format Input (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- Places Query Agent (AI Agent): runs an AI agent, with model: GPT-5-mini; output parser: Structured Output Parser
- If: checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Error (Stop and Error): stops the run with an error
- Google Places Search (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Split Out: splits a list into separate items
- Loop Over Items (Loop Over Items (Split in Batches)): loops over the items in batches
- Filter: keeps only the items that match a condition

- AI Agent v1 (old agent modes) in Web Scraping Agent (v1.7), Places Query Agent (v1.7): replace with Latest AI Agent node (Tools Agent). For SQL Agent, use a Postgres or MySQL tool with a recent AI Agent.
