Rewrite content in 5 tones using GPT-4o-mini, Google Drive and Slack
Needs changesWhat this workflow does
This AI workflow has 9 nodes and runs when someone submits an n8n form (“AI Content Tone Rewriter”). Along the way it connects OpenAI Chat Model, Google Drive and Slack.
How it runs
Trigger: When someone submits an n8n form (“AI Content Tone Rewriter”).
- 2. Set — Config Values (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 9 fields: folderId, slackChannel, companyName…
- 3. AI Agent — Tone Rewriter (AI Agent): runs an AI agent, with model: 4. OpenAI — GPT-4o-mini Model; output parser: 5. Parser — Structured Tone Output
- 6. Code — Assemble Document Content (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- 7. Code — Convert to Binary (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- 9. Slack — Send Concise Preview (Slack): uses Slack
- 8. Google Drive — Upload Tone Doc (Google Drive): uses Google Drive
Services it uses
Before you upgrade to n8n 3.0
1 thing in this workflow is removed in n8n 3.0. Fix it before you upgrade:
- AI Agent v1 (old agent modes) in 3. AI Agent — Tone Rewriter (v1.7): replace with Latest AI Agent node (Tools Agent). For SQL Agent, use a Postgres or MySQL tool with a recent AI Agent.
Rather not rewrite it? Many of these flows can be rebuilt in Make (free plan).
