What this workflow does
This workflow has 13 nodes and runs on a schedule (legacy Cron node). Along the way it connects Zendesk and HubSpot.
How it runs
Trigger: On a schedule (legacy Cron node).
- Get last execution timestamp (Function Item): runs custom JavaScript per item (legacy Function Item node)
- Get tickets updated after last execution (Zendesk): get many
- Get user data of Ticket requester (Zendesk): get (user)
- Add user data (Merge): merges the data from its input branches
- Only keep needed data (Edit Fields (Set)): sets or maps fields
- Ticket Exists (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Update existing ticket (HubSpot): update (ticket)
- Create or update contact (HubSpot): work with contact
- Set new last execution timestamp (Function Item): runs custom JavaScript per item (legacy Function Item node)
- Update External Id in Zendesk for contact (Zendesk): update (user)
