How it runs

- Set config variables (Edit Fields (Set)): sets 10 fields: smartsuite_api_key, smartsuite_workspace_id, smartsuite_table_id…
- Get SmartSuite records (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API (POST)
- Split Out: splits a list into separate items
- Extract files from records (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Loop over files (Loop Over Items (Split in Batches)): loops over the items in batches
- Find matching Monday item (HTTP Request): calls api.monday.com (POST)
- Extract Monday item ID (Code): runs custom JavaScript code
- Item found? (If): checks a condition and branches into true / false
- Get file download URL (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
- Download file from SmartSuite (HTTP Request): calls an HTTP API
